"I ordered a shade from liviabeauty expecting…"
I ordered a shade from liviabeauty expecting it to look like the photos on the site, but once I tried it on, it was noticeably warmer and darker on me. I even checked it in different lighting to make sure it wasn’t just the room, but it still looked off. Based on how it actually wore on me, it just doesn’t match what I thought I was getting, which is frustrating because I don’t think I’ll really be able to use it.

I found a few nice beauty items here, so it’s not a bad spot to check out if you’re browsing. That said, I was hoping they’d have more brands and a wider range of shades. My advice would be to go in with an open mind, but don’t count on finding every shade or brand you’re looking for.

"Easy to Use, Checkout Could Be Better"
The site was super easy to use, and I found what I needed REALLY fast. The only thing is the checkout process could be a bit smoother, but overall it was a good experience.

"Discount Disappeared at Checkout"
The sale looked legit at first, so I thought I was getting a decent deal. But once I got to checkout, the discount just vanished. i feel stupid for trusting it and wasting my time.

"Checkout Page Felt Sketchy"
I ended up stopping my order because the payment page just didn’t feel secure. I don’t know exactly what it was, but the page looked a bit off and didn’t give me much confidence. I wasn’t about to put my card details in there and hope for the best, so I backed out. Just didn’t feel worth the risk.

"Delivery Felt a Bit Off"
Something felt off with the whole delivery process. My order took way longer than expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check on it myself. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"Fast shipping, product seems fine but packaging made me pause"
I ordered a serum from liviabeauty.ca and it arrived quickly, which was nice. The serum itself seems legit to me — the smell and texture are both what I’d expect. That said, the box looked a little different from the last one I bought, so depending on how much you care about packaging consistency, that might bother you. I’m not saying it’s fake or anything, but it did leave me a bit unsure.

"Annoying application process"
I tried applying through liviabeauty.ca and it was annoying. The form kept acting kinda weird, and after I submitted it I didn’t really get any clear update or anything. Felt like I just wasted my time tbh. Not a great expereince for me.

I don’t even know how to explain it, but I really liked this. It just felt right, and I’ve been thinking about buying it again pretty much ever since. Definitely ordering another one soon.

"Just didn’t feel safe ordering..."
I was checking out liviabeauty.ca and, honestly??? I just didn’t feel comfortable placing an order. The site didn’t really show enough trust signs for me, and I couldn’t tell for sure who I was actually buying from!! Maybe it’s totally fine... but it gave me that hesitation feeling, you know??? With beauty products, I really need to feel safe before putting in my payment info. In the end, I didn’t order. 1 star from me, mainly because of the trust issue!!!

"Not worth it for me"
I checked out liviabeauty.ca because I was curious, but the ingredient lists turned me off a bit. For the price, I expected something that felt more thoughtful, not so much fragrance and what looked like basic filler ingredients.

Maybe their products work well for other people, but I’m selective with skincare, and this just didn’t seem like good value to me. I’d rather spend my money on a brand that uses cleaner ingredients and actually explains why they’re in the formula...

I had a problem with my order, and the replies was a little slower than I expected. They did end up fixing it in the end, which I appreciate, but the whole process could definitely be a bit smoother.

"Good for sensitive skin, shipping was a bit slow"
I’m usually cautious with new skincare because my skin reacts to almost everything, but what I ordered from liviabeauty actually worked out fine. No redness, itching, or weird irritation so far, which was a relief. The only thing is the shipping took longer than I expected, so I’m not sure if my order just wasn’t sent out right away or what. Overall happy with the product, but that’s why I’d give it 4 stars

"Pretty happy with my order"
Ordered from liviabeauty.ca and everything showed up exactly as I picked it out, which was nice, no missing stuff, no wrong shades, nothing like that. The packaging was totally fine too. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but the order was right, so I can’t complain too much. I’d probably buy from them again.

I can’t say I wasn’t happy with my order. The prices seemed fair, and the stuff I got was actually decent quality. Shipping wasn’t nothing amazing, but it got here fine. Not perfect, but for the money, I’d say it was worth it

"Decent products, crappy support"
The products were fine, honestly. I liked them well enough. But trying to get help was a total pain in the ass. I messaged about my order and then just sat there waiting for days like an idiot. When they finally replied, it was super short and didn’t even answer everything I asked. Not the worst experience ever, but their customer service seriously needs to get it together.
